ACTIVATION MAP
The following contains key details that will facilitate a successful activation:

Premium Items – All premium items are subject to stadium approval. No projectiles or any items that can potentially be thrown onto the field will be allowed.

Staff Parking – Yellow Lot.

Equipment Rentals – All Partners are responsible for their own rental equipment.

Power – All partners are responsible for their own power supply.

Permits – Partners will be required to secure all necessary permits. Permit needs will be communicated after activation forms have been reviewed.

Anchoring – Please ensure that all tents and assets are weighed properly in order to avoid any hazardous situations.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
Clásico de México Sponsors must provide a COI meeting the requirements below. Sponsor will need to make PRIMETIME Sports the Certificate holder:

Sponsor shall, at their sole cost, maintain occurrence based Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy, including but not limited to contractual liability, personal injury liability, Sponsorship injury liability and products/completed operations liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, Errors & Omissions Liability/ Miscellaneous Professional Liability Insurance, with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 per Claim and Umbrella Liability Insurance with excess coverage of $2,000,000 for each occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate. Sponsor shall provide proof of insurance and endorsements adding PRIMETIME Entertainment parties as an additional insured.
